Pablo and Nicole Padilla developed these classes after people from around the world reached out to ask for training on their form of leadership because of the limited training options and opportunities. They are bi-vocational leaders who have secular careers but serve the church as if they were in the full-time ministry without being burnt out or overwhelmed. It is possible to make a difference while living life to the full. These classes teach those Biblical principles.
